PD School partipants are asked to complete a series of lab testing for Dr. Mischley and her team to evaluate and provide recommendations tailored to each individual's needs. Lab work is included in the course fee and is non-refundable once kits are mailed out.
IMPORTANT NOTE: International participants and participants from Alaska, Louisiana, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island should contact us before registering. The lab processes are different for these areas. Please call 425-602-3295 or email PDSchool@Bastyr.edu.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please note: Our policy indicates a processing fee will be charged for any cancellations and or refunds ($250 for Participants, $50 for Partners) in addition to the lab fees if kits have been sent out prior to cancellation.
For 2020/2021 Transferred Registrants:
Participants who do not plan to be vaccinated can request their partial refund ONLY UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2021. After this date no refunds will be given due to non-compliance with our vaccination requirements.
If you are unable to attend due to scheduling issues, partial refunds can be requested until January 15, 2022. No refunds will be given to 2020/2021 registrants after this date.
For new registrants (after December 1, 2021):
50% refund until February 1, 2022 or upon receipt of your lab kits whichever is first.
Cancellations and refunds after February 1, 2022 will be handled on a case by cases basis
No Refunds after February 15, 2022.
