Course Details

This course is designed to be conducted in an asynchronous format. This means that you have the flexibility to engage with the course materials and complete assignments at your own pace and according to your own schedule. There are no specific live sessions or real-time interactions required.

Course includes ten (10) 30-minute pre-recorded lecture modules, each covering one of the Intuitive Eating Principles and additional Relevant Information.

Course materials will be available until December 1, 2024.
